You enter the Castle gates and drive up through the manicured grounds of the Estate to arrive at the front of the fairytale Castle. Floors Castle.
The music begins and the guests stop and turn. The bride walks up the stairway to the entrance hall and into the state dining room for the ceremony.
This is your dream and this is your Scottish wedding.
For an intimate small family gathering we can host your special day from 20 to 120 guests in the main Castle. Should you want to invite a few more friends then you can hold your wedding breakfast and ceremony in a marquee on the lawn with the Castle as a fairytale backdrop.
We can help you plan your day from beginning to end or help provide the backdrop for some stunning photographs. The choice is yours.
We do not have a printed wedding brochure as each wedding is so unique and so different. Besides, we do not open our doors every week to a bride and groom. It is after all a very private castle. But for you, we shall be delighted to provide you with exclusive hire and facility fee prices.
What could be more romantic than marrying in one of Scotland’s most beautiful castles renowned for its magnificent façade, shining cupolas, breathtaking views and exquisite furniture.
Our three-gabled mansion offers a more intimate choice for your wedding. Set amongst 500 acres of woodland and with views across the spreading lawns of the estate, this Scottish baronial retreat can be exclusively yours.
Our team takes pride in making every guest feel at home and can make your day truly special. Whether it is a private pampering session for the girls in the Bowmont Suite, or a round of golf for the boys with champagne at the 18th hole, we create an experience that will stay with you forever.
