Lunch - Do Lunch "At The Roxburghe"

Lunches are enjoyed in the relaxing atmosphere of the Library with the menu's emphasis on "fresh" and "light" dishes.

Chef Alasdair Stewart, has created a versatile menu designed so you can choose to have one or two courses of "Lighter Bites" or choose from the "Something More Substantial" section choices.

Options available afterwards are to walk off lunch exploring one of the woodland walks, or laze by the Drawing Room fire with coffee.

It is worth noting that on Sunday's Alasdair does his "Traditional Roast"with all the trimmings. Unlike the rest of the menu, this is not light, but simply delicious and definitely requires lounging in the Drawing Room afterwards!
