April saw the launch of the new winter menu at the Terrace Café. Iain Collingbourne, the Floors Castle chef, has created new recipes and brought back some old favourites , including salmon fishcakes, steak and ale pie and kedegree.

As well as our new menu, many other tempting cakes, pastries and a range of seasonal take-home meals are available from the Castle Kitchen Produce shop and deli.

To reward those of you who regularly enjoy the delights of the Terrace Café, we have added a loyalty card to the menu. Make sure you pick yours up on your next visit.
