Seasonality is an important value to the Estate and so as the seasons change so do our menus. The Salmon Fishcakes and Kedegree are so popular that they remain on the menu throughout the whole year.
"Last year we featured the Leek and Gruyere Tarts on the menu for the first time. They were a huge success with many customers asking Doreen and the staff when they would be back again so here they are - being served with a delicious Beet Salad. No Spring menu would be complete with out Lamb so we have produced a lovely, light Stew served with Scottish potatoes (of course!). For seafood lovers I would really recommend the Thai Spiced Prawn & Monkfish Curry. "
