Upper and Lower Floors are two of the prime beats on the River Tweed and offer some of the best fishing in Scotland.

Each beat takes a maximun of four rods and our highly experienced ghillies are on hand when required. The season is from February until November.

The peak times are April / May and October / November. The Sunlaws Beat on The River Teviot is also available for let. For more information, visit :

Trout Fishing

Located close to The Roxburghe Hotel, our trout loch is stocked with rainbow trout ranging from 1 lb to 5 lb. All fishing is from the bank with no catch and release.

One of our expert ghillies can be provided to give instruction by prior arrangement.
There is a maximum of four rods on the loch at any one time.
