I have enjoyed the postion of being personal Chef to the Duke & Duchess for many years.
Being regarded as one of the top private chefs in the country is a reputation I don't take lightly and am always looking for new innovative ideas incorporating them with the use of traditional quality produce.
I have a varied choice of menus from which to choose from.
For luncheons, dinners and banquets, formal buffet, fork buffet and morning/afternoon tea or champangne and canapes.
Events within the castle are all catered for in the castle kitchens.
For any larger marquee events outside caterers can be arranged or brought in.
